Of course achieving a goal requires regular and constant review of progress. It is also important to have a third party to bounce ideas around with and ensure that we are all aware of the impact of decisions made within the business. As such we recommend that we have a structured, regular meeting locked in either on a monthly /quarterly or biannual basis to ensure we are on track and where necessary modifying or updating the plan to account for opportunities and challenges we face.
